I can't stop eating
Today I had salmon & poached egg on whole meal toast
Then a handful of almond
Then humours and 2 crackerbreads
Homemade tomato & basil soup & slice of whole meal bread
2 more crackerbreads
More nuts
3 digestives
A handful of opal fruits
Baked potato with cheese & beans
Now eating cheese & crackers

WTF?????

Maybe you need to up your protein? I think cold weather makes me hungrier too.

halfwitpicker · 04/12/2018 20:06

Pregnant?

placebobebo · 04/12/2018 20:07

Are you due to start your period soon?

I always turn into a black hole eating machine a day or two before.

Hmm
bassackwards · 04/12/2018 20:20

That's quite a bit of snacking. Have you been at home all day today by any chance? Feeling bored or distracted? Maybe add more fruit & veg tomorrow Smile

MozzchopsThirty · 04/12/2018 20:21

@GeorgieTheGorgeousGoat what's that for???

I don't have periods due to mirena so hard to tell if it's time of the month related

I don't eat fruit

I've been in work all day but was thinking about eating all day

Nuts, bread, salmon, soup and a potato - sounds like a decent lunch to me.

NancyDonahue · 04/12/2018 20:33

Same here. Porridge for breakfast and hungry an hour later. Maybe it's the cold weather. The cat is constantly nagging for food too Grin

I drink lots if tea to full the gaps between meals.

Cottage cheese is great for protein. You get some to put on your crispbread.

NancyDonahue · 04/12/2018 20:34

I'm so hungry I can't type properly!

nothingwittyhere · 04/12/2018 20:36

Are you tired? I eat nonstop when I'm sleepy.

MozzchopsThirty · 04/12/2018 20:37

Yes I've been having night sweats so until last night I hadn't slept properly for about 4 nights

Just started HRT gel too

Are you dehydrated? With the cold weather and heating on I get hunger sensation but it is often that I need more water. Also I have found if I'm studying or using a lot of brain power I need feeding.

Sexnotgender · 04/12/2018 20:44

Are you drinking enough water?

MozzchopsThirty · 04/12/2018 21:19

Yep always take a 2ltr bottle to work every day and make sure I drink it

That doesn't actually add up to a particularly large amount of food overall, to me anyway. Handfuls of its / ryvita and hummus etc are not filling. Maybe you need bigger meals. Soup and bread would not keep me going for lunch at all. Even a chunky soup and quality bread.

Alconleigh · 04/12/2018 21:20

Its?! Nuts

formerbabe · 04/12/2018 21:23

Doesn't seem like that much to me Blush

MozzchopsThirty · 04/12/2018 21:36

It worked out at 1500 calories without the cheese & crackers, opal fruits and digestives lol

Cakecrumbsinmybra · 04/12/2018 21:37

It really doesn’t sound like a lot to me, just a normal amount! I am pretty active though. (Might also explain why my jeans are feeling tight around the middle)

Cakecrumbsinmybra · 04/12/2018 21:38

Well there you go then, it’s not too much for an adult woman. Do you want to lose weight?
