Not sure I've put this in the right place but I'm after some advice please. My BIL is in the process of sorting out access to see his daughter through family court. All had been well and he had regular access until his GF got violent with him in front of his DD and he called the police on her. BIL has had drug issues in the past but says he has been off them for over a year however his DD's mum is convinced drugs were involved so stopped him seeing his DD. It went to court and the only way he could see her was with supervision so me and DH have been acting as supervisors for the past 4 months, supervising every Saturday afternoon. It is due back in court next week and he was ordered to have a drug test at the last court hearing which he has had but he keeps saying the results aren't back yet. He says he is clean but I'm not sure to believe him and if he is just putting off giving us the results - he had the test back in October - surely 8 weeks later they'd be back? I have been told as supervisors we are legally able to request a copy of the drug test report - does anybody know if this is the case? Thanks for reading.
