Help finding Monty Python Life of Brian scene

This is driving me potty.

Can anyone remember or pinpoint a scene in Monty Python Life of Brian which contained some daft school rules? Possibly something about moving coats around on pegs on a certain day / time. I've not seen the film for a few years but I swear there's something.

I keep thinking of the cormorant scene but it's not the one. You Tube isn't helping.

Are you sure you're not thinking of The Meaning Of Life? That has quite a long section set in a public school. I don't remember the Coats On Pegs bit, but it might be in there.
