Tracking eBay parcel

Ordered an item approx 21 November. The order said estimated delivery 3rd December.

I have been fortunate to pretty much always get my items.

There are tracking details but all it says is "delivery info received" on the ebay page and no further progress wrt to being in transit or delivered. Also the courier says CourierPost. The only "CourierPost" I can find is in New Zealand.

Tomorrow it will be 2 weeks since I placed my order. It says estimated delivery within 8 working days.

What do I do now? Would someone kindly check I'm not being a div and missing something?

Message the seller & ask them to check the tracking info. If they sent it tracked, the should have a tracking number they can check. If no success with them, open a case with eBay for an undelivered item.
