Hi all, I found out I was pregnant few weeks ago, but nothing found on scan at all not even sac, hcg levels doubled for a bit then started dropping, I’m high risk as my tubes are supposedly blocked, I have been bleeding a bit but I’ve been passing large clots, I don’t know what’s normal as I’ve never experienced ectopic/miscarriage that I know of, I have normal period cramps but feel more achey in my right side, but not painful just achey, like a really strong period pain in my right side of hip. I suffer with clots in periods normally but not as big as the ones I’ve experienced today, they aren’t painful to pass at all but I wanted to know if anybody knows if this sounds like a miscarriage or an ectopic? Just want it all to be over now, as gross as this sounds I kept a clot as it looked different to others, unsure what to do, don’t want to stay up A&E all day for them to say go home take ibrofuen or paracetamol.. the usual, I have a scan booked in tomorrow to check what’s going on, any advice greatfully received thanks
