Recent series for young teens

What series do your 13/14 year olds watch? I was recently asked for ideas, but couldn't think of anything age appropriate that wasn't from 20 plus years ago.

Old series here too. Modern ones are Dr Who and Sherlock.

My DD likes watching The Apprentice.

How I Met Your Mother
The Good Doctor
Grey's Anatomy

Do teens still actually watch series? Maybe they all just watch YouTubers nowadays. All the series I like watching are too old for this age range.

If you don't mind swearing, The Last Leg.

Dd likes big bang, greys anatomy, walking dead. She still binge watches friends. Some of the newer stuff, e.g. 13 reasons, I object to so won't let her watch yet..

Isn't the Walking Dead too gory for that age, or am I completely out of touch?!

It's gory, but almost comedy gore (unless you are of a sensitive nature). I couldn't watch Glenn's demise, but other than that, it's pretty much innards and gross stuff, which my 13 yr old doesn't mind. She can't watch psychological stuff, or anything too true to life.

Would things like Riverdale, Vampire Diaries or Sabrina be ok? I wouldn't let my DS watch them until Very recently (now 16).

My 11 yo has watched Riverdale and Sabrina! She loves Riverdale.

A lot of her friends like Friends and have watched them all. Actually I think they are a bit much in some episodes and DD hasn't expressed a particular desire to watch them.
