Your best Costco buy?

I recently went to Costco for the first time ever and spent a small fortune ... but saved a lot more.
What is your best Costco buy?
Mine has to be my Tefal Saute Pan, it's amazing! It was £16 and I've used it every day since. I might have to buy another so that I can use two at the same time ... what I particularly love about it is that it can go straight in the oven! Amazing!

A Brabantia spinny washing line. Still going strong after 15 years.

Just looked on Amazon and the pan is £46 on there! Now I'm definitely justified in getting a second one!

Enormous Stanley flasks. Good for days out and save a fortune on cups of tea and squash.
Lacto free milk. £3 for 3 cartons, a saving of around 90p on the three.
Big boxes of Surf washing powder.
Dishwasher tabs, both Fairy and Finish.
Kirkland bottled water, still and fizzy.
Big cases of canned drinks.,

A huge box of waffles. Best bloody waffles ever Grin

AnyFucker · 03/12/2018 06:44

Mince pies. Best ever.

cosytidy · 03/12/2018 06:49

Chocolate fudge cake Cake

falaciousreasoning · 03/12/2018 06:50

The big bag of pancake mix. Makes the fluffiest pancakes ever!

HappyEverIftar · 03/12/2018 06:51

Kitchen roll lasts forever! Boring but practical.

Also the half dipped chocolate granola/breakfast bars are delicious, not sure if it's a Best Buy but they go down a treat!

jasmine1971 · 03/12/2018 06:58

Agree with the mince pies and kitchen roll. The scones are nice too.

ChampagneCommunist · 03/12/2018 07:13

Baklava - fabulous!

SavoyCabbage · 03/12/2018 07:29

Brownie mix. It's absolutely delicious.
Pesto. So much cheaper than in the supermarket.

jasmine1971 · 03/12/2018 07:32

How did I miss the Baklava and the pesto!

I'll second baklava, pancake mix, kitchen roll, washing powder and fabric softener.
Also, big packs of meat/fish. If you watch what you buy its similar price to supermarket, some of it is expensive, but it's good quality.
Blueberries..my kids eat lots so we get through them.
Tuna.
Croissants.
Fish fingers and chicken nuggets.
Black pudding.
Stamps.
Don't buy batteries though. Been caught out twice with duds, I think it might be the temperature of the warehouse??

BlytheSpiritsSpirit · 03/12/2018 07:35

falaciousreasoning you beat me to it!

I enjoy just having a root around and sampling their wares. My toddler calls the shop "nom noms". We might go there too often...

CosimaNiehaus · 03/12/2018 07:42

Another vote for pancake mix here too.

EdisonLightBulb · 03/12/2018 07:58

Aberdeen argues 28 day hung steaks. Not the cheapest meat around but the quality is fabulous. I also buy huge bottles of Franks hot wing buffalo sauce.

HappyEverIftar · 03/12/2018 08:35

Oh and the maple syrup is a good price too.

SavoyCabbage · 03/12/2018 10:26

Frozen raspberries. They are in a huge ice-cream type tub and they are enormous and perfect.

Notquiteagandt · 03/12/2018 11:38
