Anyone bought a Velvitiser?

Hotel Chocolat has brought out a little boiling gadget to make smooth hot chocolate. Am thinking of getting one but wondering whether there's a cheaper alternative that doesn't come with such a big price tag.

I think it’s a double boiler isn’t it? You could make it in a croc pot😂

However- the best hot chocolate you can make is Italian style. You mix the powder with whole milk and it’s thick and DELICIOUS

They've got some in Aldi.. around £20 I think

I saw these too and I remember that the Hotel Chocolat one is designed by Dualit and there is a Dualit branded one that is cheaper.

It might be this one which obviously isn't as nice.

But obviously as a Christmas gift for your DD it all depends on which one she really wants and budgets etc.
