Topping ideas for a flan please.

We use the jus rol pastry to make a flan, if you like, but we are running out of ideas for toppings.

The last one was salmon with goats cheese and chorizo.
Ham with tomatoes and Brie the time before that. Lovely.

But we need more ideas.
I was thinking crayfish with something, but is that expensive?

Any ideas welcome. TYIA.

Chicken, leek and Parmesan
Courgette, feta and mint
Butternut and sage
Tomato, basil and mozzarella

Crayfish tails are cheap compared to large prawns but I wouldn't want to cook them again for 20-25 minutes.

Chicken, red pepper & pesto
Red onion & goats cheese
Bacon, brie & cranberry
