Chicken soup opened on Friday and says consume within 24 hours hours. Only just cooked it but is it OK to eat??

Was it kept in a fridge once opened? If so, I would eat tonight

Yes. OK to eat if it's been in the fridge.

Thanks guys it was kept in the fridge. I'm just paranoid about food and instructions since I became pregnant.
