Orlando Bloom as Legolas in LOTR.
Long blond hair, blue eyes, deadly with and bow and arrow.
I turned to my friend and said "I'd totally DO that elf!"
OB in anything else--thin and weedy with occasional dodgy facial hair.
No thank you.

Benedict Cumberbatch as Sherlock. Sex on legs.
BC in anything else and in real life - looks like a weasel

Orlando Bloom and Viggo Mortenson in LOTR

I was going to say Chris Hemsworth as Thor (has he actually been in anything else?!) but only with the short hair and beard. I never really understood the appeal until I saw the last Thor movie when he gets his hair cut.

Agree with crankypants. Bradley Cooper in A Star Is Born blew my mind. I've never been fussed by him but I nearly combusted.

Justkeeepsmiling · 02/12/2018 19:17

@Sambasam not even in Lost boys? 😍

Pinkruler · 02/12/2018 19:19

Dr Joel Fleischman (Rob Morrow) ... a long time ago now.

Pinkruler · 02/12/2018 19:20

And I would say Joshua Jackson as Pacey, although he is on the same track as Cole in the Affair

Munchmallow · 02/12/2018 19:21

Charlie Hunnam as Jax Teller

Xuli · 02/12/2018 19:23

Definitely Cumberbatch as Sherlock and Hugh Laurie as House - I can't find a single attractive thing about Laurie as himself but House would be on my laminated list.

Tom Hardy generally looks short and highly unwashed but my god, the things I'd do to Max Rockatansky.

Jon Bernthal as the Punisher too. Just ALL MAN. Looks funny in absolutely everything else though.

bludgertothehead · 02/12/2018 19:26

Kevin Costner in bodyguard Smile

mycatistoo · 02/12/2018 19:27

Timothy Oliphant in Justified. Gave me the raging fanny gallops.

Not a fan in anything else, hate him in Santa Clarita Diet.

YolandiFuckinVisser · 02/12/2018 19:27

Tom Hardy in Taboo
Viggo Mortensen in Eastern Promises
Johnny Depp in Edward Scissorhands
Matt Smith in Dr Who
Brad Pitt in Fight Club
Ewan McGregor in Trainspotting

mycatistoo · 02/12/2018 19:27

I used to find Reefer Sutherland revolting.

Watched Lost Boys recently and was all swoony! Confused

LadyPenelope68 · 02/12/2018 19:29

Daniel Craig as Bond
Johnny Depp as Captain Jack

al2002 · 02/12/2018 19:30

Viggo Mortensen was very handsome in A history of Violence.

LadyPenelope68 · 02/12/2018 19:30

Ooh and David Tennant when he’s in proper Shakespearean role with his proper Scottish accent 😜

itbemay · 02/12/2018 19:30

Idris Elba. Love him in Luther but nothing else!!

al2002 · 02/12/2018 19:31

Agree with Russell Crowe in Gladiators & Bradley Cooper in A Star is Born.

Mrsemcgregor · 02/12/2018 19:32

David Thewlis - only as Lupin.

GooodMythicalMorning · 02/12/2018 19:37

David Tennant in Fright Night

WinkysTeatowel · 02/12/2018 19:40

Another vote for Viggo Mortensen as Aragorn/Strider (better as Strider when he's all dirty... that door pushing scene! Wink)

Also weirdly Hugh Grant in Bridget Jones, nothing else, I am not keen on him being all foppish but when he's a bastard in Bridget Jones Shock

BirdySomething · 02/12/2018 19:40

Definitely agree with some of these...The Doctor, Viggo, Sherlock and Captain Jack (Sparrow and Harkness!!). Have to add Alan Rickman as the Sheriff of Nottingham!

Jenala · 02/12/2018 19:42

Jeremy Renner but only in The Hurt Locker

shartsi · 02/12/2018 19:42

Ryan Gosling in notebook. Nowhere else

Knowivedonewrong · 02/12/2018 19:51

Alan Rickman as Colonel Brandon in Sense and Sensibility.

settmenu · 02/12/2018 19:58

Daniel Craig - Bond.
