Leaving the NHS. What companies are good to work for?

I’m in my early 50s and looking forward to working 2-3 days a week semi retirement, something not too pressurised but enough so I’m not bored ifswim.
I’m admin and clerical in the NHS, so I’d love somewhere where I’m not stuck behind a desk all day. Moving about would be a refreshing change.
Any ideas would be great.

..and of course the thread title, what companies are good to work for with my preferences as above?

I work in HR within the NHS and I think you will be pushed to find somewhere with as good a package for an admin job in terms of sick pay and annual leave, etc. Although obviously it depends on which trust you work for.

In terms of what you want to do, well the worlds your oyster surely? What are you interested in?
