I'm not from the UK. but I'm going to London next werk. What should I buy? So far my list contains zoflora, thorntons chocolate, Seasalt dresses and Alex Monroe jewelry. Basically I'm open to all kinds of suggestions Grin

I'd probably go to Hobbs, Joules, White Stuff, The White Company, Fat Face and Laura Ashley.

Don’t buy Thornton’s chocolates! Buy Lindt!!! If you’re getting zoflora you might want to check out poo-pourri - not tried it but love the ad!!

Go to Liberty and buy one of their classic advent calendars (if they have any left). Treat yourself to something else in there. They also sell Alex Monroe jewellery.

Buy boxes of tea in Fortnum and Mason (Royal Blend and English Breakfast).

I don’t rate Thornton’s chocolate at all, so unless you’ve tried it and like it, I wouldn’t bother! Depending on how much you’re willing or able to spend on chocolates, I’d rather buy: Monty Bojangles truffles, M&S chocolates, Charbonnel et Walker or Rococo chocolates.

Whatever you do, don’t waste space in your luggage on Thornton’s chocolates!!!

Thorntons is no better than Cadbury. Seasalt quality is not what it was. Buy an M&S beauty advent calendar if they have any left in stock.

Thank you for your ideas, I'm certainly going to look them up. A colleague once brought a box of thorntons chocolate covered toffee once to work. I quite liked them actually Blush.
