Waitrose on line - missing items.

Done 2 shops now. Both times stuff missing. Is this normal for Waitrose? And how do I complain? I cannot see a link to email a complaint on the receipt.

No not normal at all. There's a customer service email contact at the bottom of the receipt. They will respond within 24hours with an apology,a refund and a voucher for goodwill. Their service is generally excellent. Complain now.

No, every Waitrose and or Ocado Del is usually delivered in full. Rare occasion subs are acceptable. Cust serv no should be on front page delivery docket/receipt.

The delivery man whizzed in and out so fast. I just signed the machine. Only now, when I want lemonade for my vodka, do I discover it is missing. Will the fact I signed the machine mean I've signed to accept?

No, look at your paper receipt or online email confirmation. If you ordered it, it will be on there! If not delivered call Waitrose and they will refund. If not rec you will have to have your beverage with ice and slice instead. Could be worse!

We’ve never had this and they’ve been great on customer service. Definitely speak to them.

I'll ring them in the morning. There's a local number at the bottom of my on line receipt. Voddie and lemonade will have to wait until tomorrow! at least they didn't forget my cava Grin
