Or was there a set of quads born in Liverpool in December 1995.
The reason I ask is I was watching a documentary about the Carles quads and The narrator said they were the only ones born in the UK. (Born in 2006). Which got me thinking "The Carles quads weren't the first to be born.
I did try to Google about the quads born In 1995 but I couldn't find anything.
I even remember the mum and dad were called Helen and Paul and They had a little boy also named Paul who was aged around 2, and I also remember 2 of the babies names (Natalie and Danielle).
So as the Title says. Do I have some sort of crazy false memory.

I've just googled and found that in the UK in 2017 there were five sets of quadruplets born. That was just from a quick search, so definitely have been more born in different years

I diny know what the hell that narrator was on about then. However I've still found no info on the quads born in 1995. I must have some how imagined it. I can think of any other explanation.

Are the Carles girls not the first identical quads to be born in the uk? Maybe that was what they meant in the programme.

Hi, just joined and saw your post, the Jones quads were born in December 1995 as you thought, born to Helen and Simon, not Paul, yes they were 2 sets of identical twins, although to me they all looked identical 😁, I am Helens cousin

I taught a kid who was a part of a set of Quadruplets. From my best recollection, I’d say she’s about 21 now, so born early 2000s. I don’t think it’s as unusual as you think.
