Admin role within in a prison. Any experience?

I’ve applied for a band 5 hub manager role and received confirmation that I’m through to the next stage.

I’m curious as to what the next stage and above is and any experience in working in a prison please.

NHS band 5 or civil servant?

I was Band 3 NHS covering Cat B, Cat C and in IRC

It’s civil servent band 5. I’m not in this sector and I’ll need to pass the security checks (not a problem as far as I’m aware)

Declare everything in yourself ur security checks even pass driving fines. The admin hubs in all the prisons I worked in were away from the prison wings/blocks so no direct contact with prisoners, yes u will have keys to get around and about which you get every morning and hand in before you go, a list of things you are not allowed to take in etc

Hello Five I had a speeding fine years ago 34 in a 30 but that’s spent now.

From what I’ve had a look at online the basic checks just looks for un spent convictions? I don’t have anything like that or anything un like that.

I feel comfortable working within the enviroment , I jus need som guidance on what to expect in the recruitment process and how to prepare for it.
