£20 is a very steep budget for secret santa, if you don't know anything about the person I would go for a £20 Amazon gift card. Yes it's a cop out, but the receiver won't be disappointed as they can choose something they actually like.

£20 is a lot! We're doing £10, the idea is to buy something that you would like yourself. Only I keep seeing things I want now so have to buy them for me in case I don't get mine back! We don't buy for a specific person, just lucky dip.
I don't normally like secret Santa but have to show willing...

That's a ridiculous amount. Ours was £5 and I still didn't join in because it's a load of crap.
