Can you buy cbeebies songs? Trying to do a family playlist for the car...

Trying to put together a music playlist for a long car journey. My 4yr old and 2yr old complain about having music on though so I'd like to put some songs on they recognise but can't stand the inch winch spider nursery rhyme type ones. I could happily sing along to Peter rabbit tune or the darkness on Catie's amazing machines though. Can you buy them? Any other good ideas?

CBeebies do an album of all the theme tunes. Just search on amazon.
My 4yr old loves the Julia Donaldson story cds too.

Thanks! Sadly they don't seem to have done one for a few years but will still be good.

They Might Be Giants' childrens albums saved our sanity in the car, actual good music with catchy sing along lyrics. I think the albums are called No! and Here Come the ABCs. They still come up occasionally on playlists in the car, and we still sing along.

Have you discovered CBeebies radio! It rocks

I was going to suggest CBeebies radio / podcast. Mine are older now but this kept them happy on long car journeys when they were younger.

I downloaded a hideous CBeebies album of 50 songs from iTunes... £4.99 and we have to listen to it on every. single. car. journey. Angry
