Eastenders Ruby. It happened to me

Sat watching Eastenders last night it was such a powerful episode about the aftermath of what happened to Ruby.
I had a flashback as the same thing happened to me over 30 years ago.
I felt so ashamed at the time that I mentally blocked it out and to this day I have never told another living soul about it.

Last night brought it all back and feel like I had to get it off my chest this morning.
