Got up this morning and the whole world spun round, and hasn't really stopped since. Currently wondering how to get to work - definitely not safe on my bike, don't feel like I can drive safely either. (Probably get the bus, I think).

I got that once, there's a virus that affects the balance sensors in your ears. Look up labyrinthitis.

It takes a couple of days to go, you'll be good for nothing at work, so time to phone in sick!

Last month I had a virus that made me feel awful - completely exhausted, no appetite, headache/earache. I felt faint on the first evening, but luckily that went off quickly.
