Mine is a free kindle book on the 1st of the month, what's yours ?

Escaping from work to an independent coffee shop and just savouring drinking coffee from a china cup and relaxing for 15 minutes....

Morning coffee- the little moment of peace after being dragged out by my cocker spaniel for his morning walk (at 7am).

Putting makeup on

Going out for a romantic dinner with my boyfriend. (Deffo a little thing as it's a rare occurrence)

The first breath of sea air, and the sound of the sea.

The latest yearly offerings from 2 favourite authors, who seem like they have become friends over the years.

A bath or shower, cleaning my teeth and washing my hair, clean clothes or pjs and bedding.

A cup tea, especially on the rare occasions it's made for me, or I get to drink it hot, peacefully and with a cat on my knee.

Clean sheet nights

Coming home from work, locking the front door, drawing the curtains and putting fleece pjs on (with no bra) I literally melt into them and feel relaxed.

A lovely warm shower when I’ve finished exercising

The DCs being all asleep, all together, for more than 4 hours, at night.

That first sip of tea in the morning...

The first serving of peanut butter from a new jar

Fresh bread,

Definitely clean bed sheets and I also love the first sip of tea in the morning.

Monday mornings. I don’t start work until 12.30, and so I do hour hot yoga, treat myself to a cafe coffee and then mooch around shops. Bliss.

Booking something for the children that I know they will love. I’ve got worst witch theatre tickets for my daughter and I get excited thinking how happy she’s going to be!

Playing with my makeup. Tea/coffee and catch up with friends - not phoning or texting but get this!) actual face to face contact!!!!

Having one very toxic friend it makes me really treasure my other friends. Reading or listening to audiobooks.

Finding something in my wardrobe to wear that I had forgotten about and it fits!

When I go to get money out and there is actually some in there!!

Payday! When my bank balance looks semi decent before the bills are removed

Going out with DP. Just the 2 of us

A mug of tea in the morning.
An after work dog walk somewhere beautiful like the beach or the Downs
Meeting the children for a meal during the week.
Hot baths/hot tub.
Meeting old friends for coffee

Lighting the fire and warming my toes

The first cup of coffee, every other is chasing the dragon.

Full fridge

Removing make up

When my car jumps onto my lap for a cuddle

When my toddler randomly gives me a kiss or a cuddle

When my other half turns up with a McDonald's hot chocolate

When my McDonald's drink loyalty card is full and I get a free one

When I master a new pose in pole fitness

When my car has a full tank of petrol

Getting a sausage roll while in town (when it's not even lunch time)

Having sleepy wake up snuggles with the kids on a weekend

Opening something brand new for the first time, like gin, home made jam, or coffee, and having the first sniff.

Crunching my arches at the end of a long day on my foot roller. Bliss.
