Anyone good with tech? iPhone problem.

In the last few weeks when on I’m on pages I can’t scroll down, it gets stuck and I can’t see half the page. For example Facebook (using the app) I can see the first part and then 5/10 I can’t scroll down and see further. Same on news pages, not using an app, I can see the page, click on a heading to read and can’t read the rest of the page.

Can anyone suggest anything?

Some apps restrict how much you can see because they want you to register to read the full article.

Is your iOS up to date?

Clear your history and cookies.

Switch the device off, fully, then switch it back on again about ten minutes later.

Yes allup to date. Sometimes it isn’t on an app though?

News pages don't always load even if not on an app.

Some sites are just glitchy. If your phone is functioning okay over all, then it's less likely to be a device problem.

Apple updates can cause older phones to glitch a bit though. A 6 should still be okay.

Most fb pages make me login so I can see the rest of the page.

It’s wierd, just went on Facebook and I can scroll through loads. Earlier I could only see one post!

Have you rebooted your phone and cleared cookies?

The only time this has happened on my phone is when my memory was running out. I cleared a lot of junk and cleared cache and cookies and all was well. Could be a possibility?

I'm getting this on Facebook.

I have 6GB left so can’t be that.

How do you clear cookies? Will that delete all my saved passwords?

Has it just been in the past two weeks? Facebook (and other apps that it owns) has had a bit of a nightmare.

No been like it a few months.
