Quick question.. would you cook burgers that are dated 27th July but have been in the freezer the whole time? 🤔

Normally its 3 months I think?

I don’t take any notice of dates once frozen, we had 9 month old chicken last night

Thanks.. i was thinking the same, just wanted to check!

They are frozen solid so I guess as ling as they are cooked thoroughly they'll be ok?

They're for my kids btw!

They were frozen before the date so I'd use them.

Cool.. OH was on the side of chucking them out, but I reckon they'll be ok. Thanks chaps 👍

The recommended dates for frozen food relate to taste/texture, not safety. They'll be fine.

I would cook and eat them even if it was 27th July last year or the year before that, currently working through freezer graveyard, determind to at least try everything in there, some from last decade.
