Lodging in Beaconsfield

Hi,

I'm starting a course at the NFTS in Beaconsfield and am looking to rent a room. As my boyfriend and family are in London, I will only be staying 4 nights a week in Beaconsfield and so am interested in living in the spare room of a family home.

Does anyone know the best places to find a family to live with?

I've looked on gumtree, spareroom.com, air bnb but no luck.

Any help would be appreciated!

Depends where you are in London but it’s probably easier to commute. Plenty of people commute from Beaconsfield to London every day!

I'm in Dulwich (SE21) so it's just that little bit too awkward getting over annoyingly!

I'd put a card in the window of the newsagent on Burkes Road (in Beaconsfield).

If you are female, check out SpareRoom new listings.

You could contact the college to ask whether they know of any families locally who are happy to provide accommodation to the students.
