Lunchbox ideas?

Ideas for an almost 2 year old lunchbox.
A fussy almost 2 year old at that!

He's not keen on sandwiches and not too confident with cutlery.

First time ever having to do lunchboxes so having a mind blank!

I know a 3 year old whos eyes light up if he sees a cold turkey dinosaur in his life changing box.

Other suggestions either from my own or kids at work:

Cold tuna pasta
Chicken goujons (or dippers) with a pot of BBQ sauce
Grapes, apple and cheese cubes with some Ritz style crackers (slice grapes lengthways)
Cheese straws
Dairy lea dunkers (I "make my own" by putting some Philadelphia into a dressing pot with some Ritz or mini bread sticks)
Fruit salad
Quiche
Cold crêpes or scotch pancakes
Pita strips, carrot sticks and hummus

I don't know what a life changing box is!!

At the age of 2, my DC's lunchbox would typically be:
Cherry tomatoes
Mini rice cakes
A pot of chopped up ham and chunks of cheese
Little pot of grapes, blueberries or dried apricots or a little box of raisins
A couple of Jaffa cakes or a Bourbon biscuit.
