Wrong deliveries, in all honesty what would you do?

So friend ordered clothes online. One item arrived but 5 didn’t. She waited a week then rang the seller who refunded the cost of the 5 not received. She then got a parcel the following day with the 5 items! Should she fess up and contact the seller to pay for the 5?
For info the seller is a large online comoany, not an individual.

She should pay for her items obviously !

It was your order wasn't it? 😉
Keep it.

I read that it was an individual so thought it was someone on eBay of the such

The same happened to me once (lived overseas and items sent from UK) - I contacted the company and they told me to keep the items! I'd contact them and see what it is they want to do about it.

Pah.
Keep the goods and do a happy dance.

It's a crazy time because of the sales. Everyone wants their stuff. I ordered 5 tops from one shop. They seem to be sending then to me individually. The one that had a status as out for delivery several days ago hasn't come yet. The one that said it would come Friday came today. The shop was quick to give you a refund. It's a crazy time for delivery companies. My own small town postie didn't even bother to knock at my door yesterday, presumed I wasn't in and left parcel with neighbour. They are all struggling.

I would fess up.

What the seller then decides is up to them.

Pay for the items!
