A January holiday?

With so much going on DD and I are in need of a holiday. We can get away first week of January. Not into snow/skiing/anything cold! Where would you recommend? Thanks.

We always go away last week Jan to Centerparcs, it is SO SO cheap in Jan/early Feb. And a lot quieter. There's enough to do indoors if it's too cold but also there are outdoor activities and nice walks to be had if you want to get out.
