What do I get my mother for Christmas

She’s 60 going on 16.
She likes skiing, running, yoga, is a keen cook.
Most definitely would not appreciate smellies/chocolate/wine/pjs/slippers

She tends to just buy herself stuff she wants/needs so need to think of stuff
In the last few years I’ve done concert/theatre tickets, experience day vouchers, paid for her yoga classes and it’s getting a bit samey.

Got a budget of £150-200 ish and want to get her something really special but need some help.

How about a really good chefs knife?

I've just booked to take my Mum and DS 13 to the ziplining place in Wales.

A weekend away, the 2 of you? Maybe including a voucher for Go Ape or similar? An advanced class at a cookery school? Is she into teh tehatre at all? If she has a youthful sense of humour she'd probably enjoy 'The play that goes wrong' or 'A comedy about a bank robbery' - fast-paced slapstick stuff.
