Two crumpets with hot sauce (DP introduced me to this I want to think it’s disgusting but I love it)
Dahl with a pita bread and some broccoli
5 Percy pigs
Vegan pasta Alfredo with peas and sundried tomato

Also ran 5 miles

I have a cold so: porridge, soup and a sandwich, pie potatoes and peas! Then a muffin and ice cream!! I would eat more if I could find more to eat!

B: Seeded, wholemeal pitta with humus and cucumber
L: 3 medium egg omelette with cheese, mushroom, red onion and peppers
D: Bolognese, salad and small steak (just had the Bolognese, no pasta so had the small steak instead)
S: chilli peanuts.

4 cups of tea with semi skimmed milk and sweetener, 1L water.

Cuppa soup after a run as DP stole the of the last eggs.

Quorn cottage pie. A small cheese roll and half a home made, sugar free banana muffin.

Oh and about 5 chips off of DS's plate.

I was discharged from hospital today so it was a bit of a strange one food-wise.

Breakfast: porridge, slice of brown bread (in hospital)

Lunch: Nothing (fasting before a scan)

Dinner: A ham sandwich on thick white bread, with real butter (at home). Followed by a second ham sandwich Blush Followed by a slice of warm apple tart with custard BlushBlush

Breakfast bowl (bacon, mushrooms, baked beans, 2 eggs layered in a bowl and cooked in the oven)

Oooh I love these threads:

Breakfast: bagel with cream cheese, avocado and some blueberries

Lunch: 2 slices of toast with butter (a bready day I know), mini cheddars, an apple and an AN ENTIRE PACKET OF DOUBLE STUFF OREOS Blush

Dinner: leftover roast pork dinner

Snack: that amazing Ikea chocolate with bits of daim in it.

And I resisted the urge to have wine and / or gin so, you know, I'm practically a saint.

Pork casserole with celery, mushrooms, leeks, red peppers, carrots and apple in a veg gravy with mashed potato and broccoli.

Two slices of toast with two slices of grilled bacon and hotdog mustard. Prawn and mushroom in a sourcream sauce and rice. A crunchie.

Porridge with raisins pre gym, then a hardboiled egg after. Massive portion of Roast veg (butternut squash, onion, cauliflower, leftover roast chicken) green beans, onion, yellow pepper, mushrooms leftover chicken fried up.

B- Two crumpets with butter and marmite and two cups of coffee

L- three pieces of white crusty bread with salmon pate from M&S yum! Two fingers of kit kat & two cups of tea

D- homemade cider chicken & mushroom casserole, mash, cabbage and carrots. Two glasses of white wine. Slice of lemon tart with cream. Followed by two cups of tea.

4 wholegrain crackers with pineapple cheese roulade thingy spread on them.
2 chocolate orange rice cake bars.
