Heels or flats for job interview?

As title sas black pointy nose heels ( heel height about 5 cm or black pointy nose flats for job interview.
Job is entry level in design industry.

Be comfortable. Feel confident. Prepare for stairs. If you're fine with those things in heels, then why not :)

If you're completely comfortable in the heels then wear them. If you're wobbly or likely to be in pain then don't.

I always wear smart flats for interviews. I can’t walk in heels and they hurt my feet so I wouldn’t make the best first impression wobbling into a room to greet the panel!

Are you likely to fall over in the heels? If not, then wear them. Flats fine if the heels pose a health and safety threat!

It really depends on how comfortable you are in heels and what the job actually entails.
I have seen people arrive to interviews for Teaching assistants and office managers in high heels. Totally impractical for the job and footwear was judged.

I vote flats, for the good of women everywhere!

I'd always go with flats for comfort, you could be on your feet for a while if they show you round etc. Also while I don't think flats look out of place anywhere, heels do, no one wears them where I work.
