London and surrounding areas please

Hi I'm travelling to London in a couple of weeks could anyone tell me the best and cheapest way to get from London Victoria to Hemel Hempstead Riverside shopping centre this is for 1 adult 2 children thanks.

Victoria to Euston on the tube, Euston to Hemel Hempstead on the London Northwestern. Then you can walk or get a bus to riverside shopping centre.

FYI Hemel Hempstead doesn't accept oyster cards so you'd need to buy a ticket from Euston.
