Book and Netflix recommendations

Hello, I am on maternity leave and would like some good book and film/ TV series recommendations please. We have Netflix and Amazon Prime TV.

As I have just had a baby, looking for fairly light hearted stuff, or at least nothing that features things like babies who have died, neglected children or mistreated animals, not feeling robust enough for even Black Beauty at the moment 🙈

Have you watched Orange is the New Black? Last couple of series a bit ropey but first ones were great.
