I need to write an esssay about neighbourhood and area effects- need a case study to talk about mixed tenure either be either a regeneration project or a specific policy on mixed tenure (can’t use the national policy framework too wide).
Any suggestions pls

You should really be doing your own research to work out what you are interested in writing about.

I did and still struggling I know I’m Useless very interested in area effects and geographical variations linked to health, education, careers it’s just the case study to go with essay cannot find anything that’s not too narrow or too wide ie the framework :(
Wondering if Glasgow regeneration projects might be an option if I can find enough literature on it other than that I will suggest a particular housing strategy of a city rathan that national policy framework.

Has there been one in your local area? One has happened local to me but is unlikely to be of interest to those outside the area.

Look to see if and HS are doing any rent to buy/shared ownership/full ownership. These are usually in mixed tenanted areas - use some of the house sale profit to offset the cost of new builds.
From that look at framework provision for an area as a whole - schooling, shops, transport, healthcare.
