I’ll be brief, I’ve had extra responsibilities added to my role which are really stressful, I’m getting married very soon & I’ve had (diagnosed) anxiety in varying degrees for 26 years which I believe could now be leading to mild depression. I’m an introvert by nature so really want to hide out away from people & have nobody wanting anything from me for a while. I take beta blockers for the anxiety but it’s not doing much to alleviate it right now.

I’m tense all the time, getting headaches, tight chest and have even developed a twitch, I’ve started twitching my nose so much it hurts by the evening as I can’t stop! What is that about?

Now it takes 4 - 5 weeks to see a Dr in my area, I’ll be married by then, on holiday for the Christmas break & might be able to recharge enough to cope with the job situation. Would you carry on as things may settle down or make the appointment for the New Year? What can they actually do that will relax me if I am still feeling this way in January?
