I'm what's known as a 'lapsed learner'. Apparently 
. I had a load of lessons 20 years ago and was almost test-ready but for various reasons, never went any further. Now, I'm back learning again and have 16 hours under my belt so far. I definitely feel I'm getting better in at least one area after every lesson. It's nerve-wracking though and tougher than I thought it would be. Driving will make work a lot easier so I'm really motivated to learn, and we have our own car for me to practice in 
, and I want to be a confident driver who can drive anywhere. Right now, it just feels like it will take a heck of a long time to get there
Anyone else currently learning, and how is it going for you?
