If you didn’t have a conventional wedding, what did you do?

I’m determined to finally get married to OH in 2020!
We don’t have many friends or big families so don’t fancy a conventional wedding as I don’t think we will be able to fill many places.
We also don’t have a very budget and a young family so can’t really go abroad. I was just curious as to what other people did for their wedding as I’m a bit stuck for inspiration. Thank you!

My husband and I went to the registrars office with two friends and got married. We then went out with our friends for a lovely lunch. It was perfect. Stress free and simple.
