Can Anyone Identify This Tablet?

I found a tablet on the bedroom floor this morning and it is driving us mad as none of us can work out what it is?

It is the one in this picture that is not in the blister pack. DH told me it was one of his but when I photographed it alongside his (in the packet) it clearly isn't.

I have tried Googling and come up with something called Oravig but I can only find references to it that relate to the USA.

Any ideas anyone?

Can be potentially phenobarbital but it's a little different or
Robaxin but my robaxin is a different shape to that

Or oxycodone because it looks simmilar to me

I know you're frustrated
There are some apps that do an identification

Lithium?

It looks a lot like donepezil? Have you got elderly relatives who take medication for dementia?

I am always intrigued by this kind of thing so went onto a couple of pill identification websites and couldn't find it on either, but they were US based so it could be on another countries database.

Could it be counterfeit/illegal? Has someone else been in your house to of dropped it? Could you have been near someone with them and they dropped one and it landed in a bag or cuff etc. and made its way to your house?

Some very wild guesses on here!!

This is from the pdf of an online patient leaflet:

Etoricoxib Tablets 90mg film-coated tablets
are white to off white, round (approx. 9.0 mm
diameter), biconvex, film-coated tablets
debossed with “445” on one side and “L” on
the other side.
