Is there a decent broadband provider who has a guaranteed minimum speed of 20/30 mb ?

I'm fed up with kids complaining that they can't play games on the computer or stream anything on tv.
Currently with Plusnet ... it was a cheap deal but it's crap ... despite phoning them loads.
I'm going to switch, possibly tomorrow, if any decent cyber monday deals?
Any suggestions of a provider who will give a guaranteed minimum speed without breaking the bank?
Thanks

We're with Vodafone, they have a guaranteed minimum speed and we've never dropped below it. Our average speed is about 77mbs, but we pay extra for super fast, they do a cheaper, slower package too.

We've got virgin, without a phone line, & the speeds have been fine. I've just tested now, & it's 37Mbps, and I don't think it's ever been slow in the 14 months we've been with them.

Previously we've been with Sky, & again, we've had decent download speeds.

I'm with Plusnet and consistently get 60-70mbps. We are on fibre though.

A lot depends on where you are - in the village we lived before, they only had copper cabling and an old box so the max speed we got was 0.05mbps! since moving to a small town its much better.

Have never had a problem with Plusnet customer service either - always been incredibly helpful on the odd occasion I've phoned to ask why the speed was slow etc.
