My 6 month old DD was sick about an hour ago and there were brown streaks in it. She's always been a very sicky baby since birth and it never bothers her - tonight she was untroubled as usual and it was also following a very large feed.
I'm just not sure how worried to be about the brown bits. We did start solids this weekend although I didn't think much was ingested. She definitely sucked some avocado mush from her fingers though so not sure if I can safely attribute it to that?
Also possibly relevant - she has a nasty cold, and I am breastfeeding, but no cracks in my nipples so I don't think it could be blood from me. And most importantly she seems fine now!
