Ideally a 3 bedroom, 2 is okay at a push if spacious.
Area needs to be similar or a bit cheaper to areas like Luton pricing.
We would want to be within reasonable distances to Essex and Luton.
Definitely not anywhere like South Essex (Basildon, Thurrock, etc etc).
