Thanks to whoever handed in my daughter's bag at Pimlico station on Friday night

Hope this is allowed, as although this is not a thread about a thread, it is prompted by one I've just been reading.

My daughter left an overnight bag at Pimlico station on Friday night. She realised after a couple of stops and went back for it. It wasn't on the platform but someone had handed it in. It had all her cash, cards, travel card etc in it and none of it had been touched.

If that was you, or if you have ever done anything similar, thank you SO much.

Lots of people are good OP . Isn't it nice when this happens?

After having my dd2, on my sleep deprived state, I drew some cash out of the machine at asda. I then took my card and walked away without waiting for my cash to come out. I got halfway up the road walking home and this guy was running behind me shouting excuse me love. I turned around still not realising and he said you left your money. It was £100 I'd drawn out. He could have easily kept it. I wouldn't have realised till he was long gone.

I've never been so thankful in my life. Makes me feel warm inside to know there are good and kind people.

It's lovely and acts as a useful reminder that the world is full of kind and decent people (as well as being full of those who are neither).

I also left cash behind at the machine in a state of exhaustion—I ran back and there was a woman who’d snatched it and running away from me Angry
