I've been tasked with cooking next time my brother visits and his only requirement is duck!

Can I do duck curry instead of chicken?

I like roast duck, which is no more difficult than roasting any other bird.

Duck is my favourite! I prefer duck breast with plum sauce, mash potatoes and some green veg. It's very easy as long as you follow the instructions on how to cook the duck breast.

BBC website has some nice duck recipes aa does Gressingham (who sell duck).

If you roast it keep the fat for your roast spuds at christmas, makes them delicious.
