Mattress topper, which one is better?

Need a mattress topper for the spare room, I've slept in there (Ikea memory foam one) and woke up with horrible back ache we have guests for Christmas so I think I need a topper.

Anyone have an amazing one?

I have nothing to compare it to but it's turned our firm mattress into something comfortable. Wouldn't say it's the most amazing bed in the world (that would be Premier Inn beds) but it gives me a good nights sleep every night and I always feel happy getting into bed.
