Bloody bastard black mold keeps coming back

This corner was covered two months ago. It was scrubbed, bleached, anti mold paint and then the whole wall repainted.

Now it’s fucking back . How do you get rid for good?!!

HG mould spray is LIFECHANGING!!!

I had this on a corner of an exterior wall where DS had stuffed a pile of spare blankets down the side of his bed. I cleared, sprayed and repainted , and the problem went away. I think it was the blockage which caused it, as well as low grade condensation.
