My downstairs loo is always freezing

We've got a small downstairs loo, under the stairs and against the exterior wall, and even though it has a radiator in it pretty much the size of the available wall space, it's always bloody freezing and not at all cosy - is there anything I can do (don't say carpet!) or is it just haunted?

Make a child sit on the seat for 10 mins before you go in. Have you read Roald Dahl's autobiography of his childhood, Boy? In the late 1920s/early 30s at his boarding school the prefects used to get the younger kids to warm their toilets for them every morning. He was a champion bog warmer.

Excellent idea.

In fact I have a son who sits for hours on the bog reading Roald Dahl books. You can borrow him if you want.
