Just that really. Or a more effective natural alternative.

I use a salt of the earth one- like pit rock but spray on and smells nice. I don’t use anti perspirant deodorants with the usual aluminium in because they stop you sweating, and that is kind of messed up especially if you do sport. You need to sweat!

I found that since switching, years ago, my clothes don’t get wrecked under the armpits.

witchmountain · 06/12/2018 21:27

I hope you love it as much as I do!

Three days in and I do, @ElainaElephant!

ElainaElephant · 07/12/2018 09:05

Yay, I'm so glad!

I hope @scamander loves it too!

I'm nearly finished my first tube (the slightly bigger ones in the smarter pack), I will be very close to getting 4 months out of it. So it may seem expensive, but it's £20ish for about 8 months, and it's totally worth it, imo.

I rotate through a pit rok style deodorant, and Bionsen, Tisserand and Sykrin (I think that's the name) and always pick them up in Tkmaxx for £2/3.

I perspire quite a lot, and all of the ones above work well day to day, but not when I workout, bit then I shower straight away after the gym so it's not an issue.

You could try any of Neal's Yard Remedies, Urtekram or Green People.
