personal Data Stored on Ex's computer

Good Morning,

I am after some help. My personal data...bank statements etc have been downloaded and stored on my personal computer. we have split up over to years ago and he has tod me he still has this information.
Should this not be deleted due to DPA. Any help would be greatly appriciated

I don’t think so.
GDPR does not apply to data stored by individuals for personal or household purposes, it only applies to data processed by organisations.

I don't think it applies to private individuals.
