Rather boring question about iPhone cases

I have an iPhone 8+. It’s quite large & I have small hands and am extremely clumsy.
So, I have a Loopy case which means I have a fighting chance of not dropping my phone on a regular basis.
But. I hate it. I hate the fact that the ‘loop’ sticks out and makes it almost impossible to put my phone in my pocket.
My stepdaughter has a Pop socket on her phone, which seems ok but again is a bit bulky.
So, is there anything that will allow me to hold my phone securely but which isn’t bulky? Either a case or something you stick on a case.
Any ideas?

I tend to buy lots of cases from aliexpress for under a quid. I currently have this combo, a leather effect Mickey with a Mickey ring to grip. I find them a bit less bulky than pop sockets. The rings are about 50p each on ali but factor in the delivery time.

Would it help if you had one that was less ‘slippery’. Mine is suede from Snakehive and because it’s very Matt, it doesn’t feel as though it will slip.

I have got an 8 plus, had a 6 plus before that, I like the big size as I read on it and all my reference books are in my iCloud account.

My favourite case has long been the apple leather one. here

Forgot to add mine is also the 8+

Thanks everyone Smile
I think I do need something to anchor a finger or two in. Even with a less sloppy case I reckon I’d drop it. I’m very cackhanded.
I’ve seen the rings, are they comfortable to use?

i have a case made by mous. it doesnt really stop me dropping it. though it is leather so a bit grippy, however its been tested being dropped from great heights so i dont have to worry if i do drop it.
