Quite fancy one of those projectors that does all different pics (but not just red and green) but where do you plug it in? Can't leave. Window open for the cable! Lol

Suggestions and recommendations please?!

It can depend on your windows. Before we had ours replaced it was quite possible to close them with a thin cable in them, simply because I suppose they were a bit worn and lose fitting. There was no danger of the cable being damaged. Our new double glazing would probably chop the cable in half! So, anyway, I just used to plug the lights in to a socket adjacent to a suitable window.
We now have a proper outdoor socket, which is probably the safest way to go. This is a minor job for an electrician. Outdoor sockets are very useful anyway for powered garden tools as they will cut the power immediately if you snag a cable with a mower (for example).
We have got one of those laser light projector things, don't know the make, sorry, but I love it. We have lots of trees and it looks like I have climbed up and covered them in tiny little lights - that's what my neighbour actually thought!

In my work everyone is raving about one that in Home Bargains, it’s reduced to £14.99 one woman has bought two one for each end of her house. Honestly my local store has done well out my office.
