Do I need to take a yoga mat??

Quick opinions please,
Going to a yoga session thing tomorrow. It’s just at a community centre, do I need to take a yoga mat or will they have them?

They might...best to ask.

If you have one then take it as much nicer than a shared one. You might want a small towel too for rolling up as a support under head etc.

Take one, the shared ones are always a bit ropey.

A quick phone call to check. If you decide to carry on, i would buy one because shared mats are yuk cos they never get cleaned. you can get them quite cheaply from cheap shops like B&M, Aldi or Home Bargains.
